These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ob9 platform at ob9.asia. Please read them carefully. By registering an ob9 account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Key Points
Only individuals aged 21 or older may open and use an ob9 account. ob9 performs age and identity verification on all accounts before withdrawals are permitted.
Each player may hold only one ob9 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension and balance forfeiture. Accounts are non-transferable and for personal use only.
All bonuses awarded by ob9 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met in full.
Collusion, use of automated bots, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
All transactions on ob9 are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. ob9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
ob9 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. The ob9 Platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ob9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one ob9 Account. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all related Accounts. Balances held in duplicate Accounts are subject to forfeiture.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and keep that information current throughout the lifetime of your Account. ob9 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
2.4 KYC Verification. ob9 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You will be required to submit valid identity documentation — typically a MyKad or passport — before your first withdrawal request is processed. ob9 may request updated documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
2.5 Excluded Territories. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ob9 does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from territories where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in contravention of these Terms.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ob9 login credentials, including your username and password. ob9 staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.
3.2 You must notify ob9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. ob9 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
3.3 ob9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code in addition to your password at login.
3.4 ob9 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform. However, the security of your device and your network connection remains your responsibility.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the ob9 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ob9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by ob9; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ob9 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and FPX. The full list of available methods is displayed at the cashier. ob9 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the cashier.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered under the same name as the ob9 Account holder. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal. ob9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests and may request supporting documentation including proof of source of funds.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. ob9 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to verification status. Processing times for individual payment methods may vary.
4.6 Refused Transactions. ob9 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
5.1 ob9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements will be stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). Only wagers placed with real-money funds count towards wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ob9 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or any other activity that ob9 determines to be inconsistent with the spirit of a promotion.
5.4 ob9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Each game on the ob9 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
6.2 All random number generator (RNG) games in the ob9 library have been independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness by accredited external testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within the relevant game information panel.
6.3 Live dealer games at ob9 Casino use physical cards and dice dealt by human dealers under full camera coverage. Results are determined by the physical outcome of each deal, not by software.
6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software fault, ob9 reserves the right to void affected bets or rounds. ob9 is not liable for any winnings arising from a demonstrable software error or malfunction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ob9 Platform:
Breach of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles ob9 to immediately suspend or terminate your Account, void outstanding bets, and forfeit any balance at ob9's discretion. ob9 reserves the right to report suspected unlawful conduct to relevant authorities.
8.1 All content on the ob9 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, and the ob9 brand — is the property of ob9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ob9's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 ob9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9.3 ob9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malware or other harmful components. ob9 takes reasonable technical measures to ensure Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous access.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ob9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by ob9's negligence, where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
10.1 ob9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a source of income. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits before commencing play.

11.1 ob9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if ob9 determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, have engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or if ob9 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction.
11.2 Upon termination for breach, ob9 may void outstanding bets, suspend access to your Wallet, and forfeit Bonus Funds. Real-money funds held in your Wallet at the time of termination will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to ob9, provided that no money laundering or fraud investigation is ongoing.
11.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting ob9 Customer Support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after standard verification checks.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ob9's international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under that licence framework.
12.2 Prior to initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact ob9 Customer Support to attempt to resolve the matter through ob9's internal complaints process. ob9 aims to resolve all formal complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.
ob9 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform and/or email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact ob9 to close your Account.
